NEO SCAN Cloud helps you receive goods faster. Take a photo of the supplier's packing slip or delivery note. Neotel AI reads it and fills in the receiving fields: supplier, manufacturer, customer PO and the line items with ordered and shipped quantities.

You check the result and press Accept & Log. Every accepted receipt is stored in your workspace's Log, together with the photo.

1. Capture or upload a photo. Lay the document flat, use good light and keep the whole page in the frame. If the text came out wrong, rotate or crop the photo and press Re-read.
2. Check the Extracted Fields. Look closely at values with a low confidence percentage or marked inferred or edited. You can correct any field or remove a line item.
3. Accept & Log. Press Accept & Log to save the receipt, or Reset to discard it.
4. Find it later in Log. Click a receipt to review it. Right-click or long-press it for Re-parse or Delete.

• General Goods is the receiving flow described above.
• SMT Goods is a demo of label and UID printing for SMT components. It is marked Demo data.
• Log lists received goods, grouped by day, with who received them.
• Fields holds the templates that tell Neotel AI which fields to look for. Edit the hints or add fields. Changes save automatically.

Access is by invitation. Open https://neoscan.neotel.tech in your browser. On a PDA, open this same address.

Email link

• Enter your email and we send you a sign-in link.
• The link is valid for 15 minutes and works once.
• You can request up to 6 links per hour.
• The mail comes from nsc-service@mail.neotel.tech. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and add this address to your safe senders.
• Your session lasts 30 days on the device where you opened the link. Sign out in the avatar menu ends it.

Email and password (optional)

• After your first sign-in, open My profile in the avatar menu to set a password of 8 to 72 characters. There you can also change your name and phone.
• Then you can sign in with email and password. This is the way to sign in on a PDA or handheld that has no mailbox.
• After 10 wrong attempts in 15 minutes, password sign-in pauses for up to 15 minutes. The email link still works.

Your profile name is what appears as Received by on your receipts.

Everyone in your company shares one workspace: the same Log and the same templates. Members can scan and see everything in the workspace.

Owners

• Open Members from the avatar menu to invite colleagues by email, remove people, or promote and demote them.
• A workspace always has at least one owner.
• An invitation has a one-click link, valid for 7 days and single use. The invitation mail also carries a 10-character backup code.
• To join with the code, you enter the code, your name, your work email and, optionally, your phone.

Trial scans

• A new workspace starts with 10 scans. It gains 20 more for each additional colleague who joins.
• One scan is one document read. The header shows how many are left.
• When the trial is used up, scanning stops. The Log, photos and templates stay readable.
• Contact Neotel to extend the trial.

• Reading takes a few seconds to a minute, depending on the document.
• A large or skewed photo is fine. The app reduces it before reading.
• Quantities read from a garbled table may be inferred. Always compare Ship Qty with the goods in front of you.
• Nothing is sent to a WMS yet. The Log is the record.
• Your data stays in your workspace and is visible only to its members.
